How we run a project
We start with a short discovery: we map the process, measure where time or money is lost and agree on the metric that has to improve. From there we propose a small initial scope that can reach production quickly.
Then we build in weekly cycles. Every week you see working software, not slide decks. The code ships with automated tests and documentation and lives in your repository from day one — if you ever want to continue with another team, you can.
Once in production, we track the agreed metrics and keep improving the system based on how your team actually uses it.
Technology
We choose standard, well-supported technology that is easy to maintain and hire for: TypeScript, React and Next.js on the frontend; Node.js and PostgreSQL on the backend; React Native for mobile; and cloud deployment with continuous integration.

How long does a project take?
A useful first version is usually in production within a few weeks. From there the system grows in weekly cycles following business priorities.
Who owns the code?
You do. The code lives in your repository from the start, with documentation, so you are never locked in.
Do you work with companies outside Paraguay?
Yes. We are in Asunción (GMT-3), overlapping most of the US workday, and work remotely with clients in Latin America, the US and Europe.
